Reality Check PDF Print E-mail

There is nothing better than a dream where we find ourselves on the winning end of Lottery Ticket or standing on the podium in Victory at the end of a contest. Sometimes I even dream of the day when I meet my Maker and see my friends and relatives that got there before me.

Death and Dying do not scare me like in the past. When you realize the cycle of Life and know the Man upstairs, what is there to fear but Fear itself? Now don't get me wrong, I want to live a long and fruitful life just like all of us but when studying the Written Word, I find myself at peace knowing that no matter where I am in life or how bad things get, there is one greater than I who sacrificed it All, so that I may have life here on earth and into eternity with Him. When I use the phrase, “Things that make you go, Hhhmmmmm..” I am referring to things that make you think.

I read my Bible each morning with breakfast, no TV, no Radio, just me and the “Good Book.” I find that I am taken to a place long before my existence here on earth and lose myself in the words leaping off the pages and into my heart and soul. To have understanding of what Was, is to learn what Is.

My daily bread is the Word of God, this makes me happy. Sometimes I have lost sight of that but my dream is to Focus on that! Spending time with the Father, is a personal experience that cannot be shaken. The words are True and His sacrifice was Real!

My dreams have gone from blurred fantasy, to 20/20 focus on what my purpose here on earth is. My focus has been channeled to a place where I can remember the next day, the places I visited and learned about at breakfast. It no longer feels like a dream but my Reality, as I get my daily fill of the Word.

Read, and you will live the times. Share, and you will feel His presence. He said, “When 2 or more are gathered in my name, I am there amongst you.” The power of the Word is undeniable. Once your in it, it moves the very foundation of what you thought life to be.

Some people will hate you, as others before you hated Him. Faith will pull you through the hard times and Love will soothe the pains.

I know this, “Once I was lost and now I am found!”

For every individual who has stated, “Oh no, there goes another Bible Thumper” there will be a time of Reckoning. I will not judge these people but the Truth will set them Free as well, “Every knee will bow and every Tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord!”

This statement as it comes to pass, will be the most powerful experience that you'll want to share it with Everyone you know!

How do I know?

I am living it and loving it with each passing day. If I were called home tomorrow, I would fear nothing and no one. My Father upstairs is the Reality I focus on now. We all have fallen short of the good grace of our Lord but persevere in the Word and you'll find a Reality stronger than the one you now exist in.

What is the lesson here that I am trying to convey?
Not everyone will embrace what I have to say about knowing the Lord our God however, those who know Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord, will rejoice that if He can find me and I can turn to Him, anyone on the planet earth has a chance to find redemption in the glory of our Father!

He is our Redeemer, Restorer, Rewarder, Savior, Healer, Shepard, Master, Father, Provider, Leader, our Foundation he is the Beginning and the End.

I put my faith and reality in Him.

These truth's are self evident and humbling to be sure but they are undisputed as they reign supreme in the Ray Family household!

God Blesses those who believe in Him.
