The changes of this web site are reflective of some “Life Changes” I have been going through as a person.
I hope you all enjoy the interaction and exchanging of ideas here on the FORUM as well, knowing that I answer ALL Emails to your inquiries personally and in a timely fashion.
As I am moving closer to the impending position as a new Father, I also have been evolving as a person and former competitive professional bodybuilder. I have spent the last couple of years working on my inner self as well as trying to help and assist others in the way of making myself available where as in the past I was single mindedly pursuing physical perfection.
 I have been working hard for the VYO-Tech Nutritional Sports Company in promoting the use of their products which are second to NONE! As well as, working with Athletes and planting seed of Faith through Jesus Christ!
