I began competing at 17 years old, a high school junior. I am presently 37 years old and compete once a year in the Mr. Olympia. During my professional career there have been only two bodybuilders I never beat. Between these two athletes are 14 Mr. Olympia titles. I am speaking of non other than 8 time Mr. Olympia lee Haney and 6 time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates.

These two greats are now retired and presently Ronnie Coleman hold the title for the year 1998 – 2004. He stands 5'-11" and weight roughly 250 lbs. Ronnie came in hard and in shape to win his first Mr. Olympia at 35 years of age.
